Phase two
Divisional stage
Teams play every other team within their division once.
The top four teams in each division qualify for Finals Saturday.
IFR League Cup
A separate straight-knockout competition will run alongside the league.
Fixtures will be determined through a random draw and played on designated Thursday evenings.
The IFR League Cup Final will take place on a separate date before Finals Saturday.

The two remaining cup teams compete for the first trophy of the season during a dedicated League Cup Final event.
